Wonderlust

How does it seem to go out and feel the air?
Who doesn't like wind in their hair?
To see the sun rising,
And gazing the stars at night,
At the mountains on the ground,
Just lie down or rome around.
I like the mountains more than the sea,
They are strong, they are brave and yet so serene .
Be it with people or alone,
Just travel because that's the only time you own.

It's Easy!!


We have dreams but always feel it's impossible to achieve it.We always come across different challenges.We might face failures too.
We must have went through such situations once in our life.

You know what, when we feel that something is  impossible then it's even more worth achieving it and the challenges which we come across, makes us stronger to face other challenges in our life.
As it is said, "The failures are the lessons and success is the victory".

Generally, what happens is while preparing for our goals we tend to get demotivated, underconfident and experience various emotions.
So it's very important to keep ourselves healthy physically, mentally and emotionally.
Let me tell you if you feel it's difficult, it's not.
I will tell you how.

1.Eat Healthy


What we eat is how we react.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Eating healthy will keep you on toes, boost up your stamina and keeps you emotionally and physically well.

2.Exercise regularly


Exercise helps to regularise the blood and also increases concerntration. Thus, it will help you maintaining a healthy and peaceful  mind.

3. Stay hydrated


Water is the key element as most of the body is made up of water and its gives a refreshing feeling. Also, it calms you up when feeling anxious or stressed.

 4.Give some time to your self everyday


It's important to give yourself some space and time as becomes difficult for our mind to work non stop.
Go  for walk, do what you love or may be sit back with your eyes closed.

5. Persue any of your favourite Hobby


Doing something what you love elevates your mood.
Persuing your hobby not only increases your confidence but also is source of positive distraction.

The Art Of Handling Emotions

All our emotions are embedded in us which get altered with every situation we face.
There are many situations which brings many different emotions it can be happiness, sadness, excitement, thrill, stress, anger, fear, joy, surprise, amusement, contentment, guilt,jealousy and regret.
When there are positive emotions we feel self satisfied and make everyone around us feel that positivity.
But we always face issues with negative emotions , we start feeling uncomfortable and there is no way out to ignore except the method of meditation and distraction, in some cases that too dont work.

The major reason we face change in our emotions so frequently is our lifestyle only.


Just think...

What all did you do today?
What did you eat today?
How many times did you experience negative emotions like anger frustration stress sadness?
What was the reason behind it?
Can that situation be ignored anyway?

There may be many reasons for that situation - boss, friend, husband, wife, relatives, exam, metro, traffic, rain etc etc.
But actually you can’t blame anyone for it. It’s only you ,  who can control your own mood. Do not let anything or anybody affect you so easily .


Be the driver of own mood.

As I earlier mentioned about method of meditation and distraction, lets discuss about it.


Method of meditation 

It may sound boring, but its just a breathing technique, all you need to do is observe your breathe and just inhale and exhale simple.
Half an hour meditation is equal to two hours of sleep.
Its also source to know yourself, you may come up with interesting thoughts, may come up with old memories(good or bad) etc etc.

Try out.

Also chant OM 3 times before you start meditation.
To chant Om is “to represent all of consciousness.”
Its sharpens mind.

The Sanskrit word Om is pronounced like “Aum,” and is said to represent the threefold division of time (waking state, dreaming state, and deep sleep). Om also represents God, Source, or Universal Consciousness.
It is considered the sound of creation, representing all that is in creation.
Aum represents the three different sounds that are part of the chant.


A (“ahhh” or “awe”) begins at the back of the throat as it starts vibrating in the chest and lower abdomen the longer you draw out the sound. It is meant to make us aware of our sense of separateness as a self.
U (“oooh”) brings the lips together and moves the sound from the lower abdomen to the heart as the throat vibrates. This sound takes us beyond our sense of self to something greater than what our human senses can tell us.
M (“mmm”) involves pressing the lips and front teeth gently together, bringing the vibration to your head, as if it’s buzzing. This sound is meant to connect us to oneness.

Silence is the fourth and last “sound” made in an Om chant, even though it’s not really a sound at all. This ends the chant and allows us to become aware of our level of consciousness and to deeply feel what we’re feeling.


Method of distraction

Indulge yourself in other activity which makes you happy or observe nature , practice your favourite hobby, sleep etc etc. In other words , occupy yourself and focus on something which helps you to develop yourself. Something which keeps you going .
These are small hurdles,which are not more precious than your happiness or other positive emotions.     
But like it’s said, 
 there is no fun in living a boring life. 
Face it like an adventure and win over it rather than losing yourself . 😉

Live Life the way you LOVE

Hey guys and gals, I am back with another post.

So as you all know, everyone is busy with their work.This just create pressure and force us to live according to work..isn't it?

A person should be passionate about his likes and follow it gracefully.

I have seen, most of the people want to live their life but they dont have time for themselves. They have occupied themselves in so much work, that they have absolutely forgotten to the art of living.

I know, Being in Metropolitan city life is fast but living with the zeal and managing their work with their hobby or whatever that makes one happy will not only relax you, but it will enhance your skills and performance in your work.


One definitely needs to work for their living , for money, to survive. But don’t let this money destroy your creative and beautiful side, which eventually defines you, which makes you a distinct individual, which is your identity, which is YOU.

It can be in the form of dancing, singing, any sport, acting, cooking, etc etc . These might be ordinary hobbies, but they become extraordinary when they become yours.
Do not restrict yourself from growing.

Learning new thinks like driving, differents types of managent and computer courses(online or offline), inventing new things from ideas, etc. will help you to upgrade you in society, bringing self confidence and encourage you to come up with your best.

All it asks for is, your time for yourself.
Not much, but little.
It’s your life, live it for yourself.

Once you realise that, the change is confirmed.

So let the change begin from you.
Let the change begin from today.

Stop existing, start living.
Live it, Love it, Essence it.

Perfection in Imperfection


Sometimes, being imperfect can bring in immense happiness nd self satisfaction . 
How ? Lets get started..

When you enjoy and live the time despite of so much workload ,
It refreshes you . Not only it boosts you up but brings out courage to do it with even better enthusiasm. 

Exhausting yourself working day in and out seems absolutely perfect to achieve the desired target.

But this is not really the only outcome . 

Life is to live it with smartness . 
Its like tricking your mind and listening to your heart. Ya.. there are times when we need to trick our heart and listen our mind.

You actually have to categorise your work into important , semi important and least important.

Priorities always matter.

I’ll give you an example .. let’s imagine ,
There is an exam in 1 month, family planning for a movie, friends planning for an outing, task  with deadline of 10 days, shopping with mom, terrace birthday party, cousins marriage,weekly tests, cooking food.

Too much work right ! 

Any body would  get stressed up seeing so much work. 

What we will do ... ? 
“Start worrying for exams and that continues for 1 month..”
Hahah... students can definitely relate to this . 
But guys .. just take a chill pill. 
And think for a minute , 

Is this the way we used to live our life when we were young?  

Do everything , it’s just organising your time and work perfectly! 
Trust me, we can actually have a “bomb” time and beautiful life . 
It’s all about calming your mind first ! 

We don’t realise but our state of mind not only affect  us but also the one living in the home.
Pressurising the mind like a pressure cooker with the work and trying to be flawless is the current situation of most of the individuals. 
So now .. what is the solution ? 
Set small goals, it  will help you to achieve target and plus it encourages you and this will make you happy too. 

Bring discipline in your life but not boredom.

Be confident and Just give your best.
And ya, don’t forget to have fun! 

This perfection in imperfection always lightens you with contentment.

JUST CHILL!

It’s almost the end of the year.. and this is probably going to be my last post of 2017 .
I was done with my exams few days back, just then I realised something very important today, that I should have realised long time back and thought of sharing it with you .

Tell me one thing , it’s almost the end of this year .. but how many of us actually enjoyed it ?? Enjoyed all our heart out?

None of us, right? Occupied in this busy world .. did not get much time . Isn’t it?

It’s always easy to advice to calm down or relax , but no body did really tell us how to do it but life is not that tough and hard my dear.


First of all , just know , working hard is one thing and exhausting yourself is another.

Working with a proper plan , and taking out time for other priorities in life makes you work hard even more, without getting exhausted .

 But ,what most of us are doing is absolutely the opposite...ignoring something which should be the priority!!
It is very important to strike a balance between whatever you do .
Do everything whole heartily.

Working without a goal, or working endlessly over something tends to add a lot of pressure and burden over you.

It may not show its effect in present but will trigger in future depending upon the intensity of the pressure u are carrying.

How will you know things are not going fine ?
Let me tell you.

You may observe change in your normal routine ..
You may start over eating   or over sleeping or over reacting . You may tend to get frustrated over small things or in some cases  you may even suffer with high fever. You may even like staying alone, or may get disinterested very soon.

But friends this is not we are suppose to live our life like .
Don’t you worry , I have got you the solutions that might help you to calm your self down and would help you deal with tough situations .

   There are many natural ways which might be very helpfull:-

1. The best remedy is to Have a tight hug from your parents or siblings. Trust me , the amount of warmth you get from them gives you immense strength to deal with any situation .

2. Leave everything go out for a walk

3. Go for spa and have a good massage. This improves blood circulation and calms you down .

4. Meet ur best buddy and have some chill time .

5 . Share it with siblings they are always there to cheer you up. It is rightly said , family is a backbone of a person’s life .

6. Go for Gyming, Zumba or Aerobics

7. Do meditation.

8. Do whatever you love to do . Take some time out for your hobby.


Basically have some self time  ..which most of us forget to have in this busy world .


I would like to conclude by saying ... “YOU ARE THE RULER , NEVER LET YOUR WORK”

life is way beyond what we think and expect, take it easy.

Let’s promise ourself , that next year and the coming years .. we will make it worth it . We will live it the way we want to .

The lost innocence

"KASH HUM BACHE HOTE"
We usually say these words ...when we reminisce our childhood memories or are fed up from the day to day challenges!
What is that, which  make us willing to get back to that adorable stage of life...yes..its "THE INNOCENCE"🌻.
People are attracted to kids because of their nature.. So pure , so warm ,without any grudges and hatred.
When we meet our cousins, friend and relative without any age factor we enjoy with them and that is just a mesmerising experience.
The most important part of our lives at that time were our PARENTS .
But as we grow up our priorities changes .
Without their guidance our life is full of roller coaster ride..the most important part of our life is OUR FAMILY.

GETTING BACK to being a kid..
the most loving part of our childhood was how we used to laugh seeing other people laugh😂
Without knowing the reason.. We used to laugh our hearts out . Didn't matter how the hell we used to look or what the hell others are thinking..
BUT
Now days its total contradictory...we try to be over smart and dress up not for own self but impress others!

Humanity is vanished...everyone observes the situation ..knows the truth but still speaks a lie or keep quite ..this competitive world has led to so much destruction that people are after each other's lives.
When it comes to tackle the situation we are helpless😅

Friends we need to CALM DOWN! If we handle situation like a kid we will surely come to a fruitful result.
Tap into your own potential and creativity rather than comparing with other.
The way you think other may not. You are unique.
#a regular practice can and does one perfect in any endeavour.
Meeting our friends,cousins and relative is now like once in a blue moon
And memories are fun filled also..but sometimes they are more judging..they might care for us and their point of view is important ..whats the need...without knowing about the life struggles one must keep in mind to encourage other not disturb the habit.
Everyone is right on her/his point of view!!
Please stop counting on others before you had perfected yourself.
Study..whats that...now we study 1 month before the exam mug up everything and puke it in examination hall.
Surprizingly we Blame education system pattern..we should look up to our day to day lifestyle. You should once consult your mom and dad ...they will tell you your capabilities ...that you may unaware off.
Parents are our backbone dont hesitate to share your secret..they may be harsh to you but they will always guide you in favour of your benefit .
Its a mundane thing....seeing other smiling or happy...one has motive to ruine it.
Its GOOD to be child sometimes😉
